1. Go on https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/ ad click Link Aadhaar OR Link Aadhaar Status . Both option will show same result.
2. Enter your Pan Number and Aadhaar Number and click Validate

5. If have only your PAN number and not Aadhaar then fill your PAN number and fill Any Aadhaar number exist and validate so this message would appear. At least you can know that your PAN is linked or not to any Aadhaar Number. Same thing to do if you have only your Aadhaar number and any PAN number.
